WARRANTY POLICY - KOZOROG™

1. THE "LIFETIME" GUARANTEE
KOZOROG™ prides itself on the extreme durability of its alpine gear. We offer a limited "Lifetime Warranty" against manufacturing defects. However, this warranty is strictly subject to the following administrative conditions.
2. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESSING FEE
To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must first pay a non-refundable Warranty Claim Processing Fee of 35€. This fee covers the administrative cost of our technical team reviewing the photographic evidence of the defect. Payment of the fee does not guarantee that the claim will be approved.
3. SHIPPING & EVALUATION
If the initial photographic claim is conditionally approved, the Customer is required to ship the defective item, at their sole expense, to our designated international evaluation facility in Asia (address provided upon fee payment). KOZOROG™ accepts zero liability for warranty items lost in transit.
4. VOID CONDITIONS
The Lifetime Warranty is immediately voided if the gear shows any signs of standard wear and tear, abrasion from rock/ice, improper washing, or use outside of normal parameters. KOZOROG™ reserves the absolute right to reject any warranty claim at its sole discretion.
