RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL POLICY - KOZOROG™

1. EXEMPTION FROM EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under standard European Union law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers are generally granted a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, KOZOROG™ explicitly invokes the legal exemption under Article 16(c) of the Directive.

Because KOZOROG™ operates on a highly specialized, small-batch, and "made-to-order" manufacturing model, all products are considered custom-manufactured or personalized goods that are produced exclusively upon the placement of your order. Therefore, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is legally nullified and does not apply to any purchases made on this website.

2. HEALTH AND HYGIENE EXEMPTION

Furthermore, as our products are designed for extreme physical exertion and close-to-body wear, we invoke the health and hygiene exemption under Article 16(e). Once an item is dispatched from our facility, we consider the "seal" broken. We will not accept the return of any garment that could have potentially been worn, sweated in, or exposed to the elements, as it can no longer be legally resold as new.

3. FINALITY OF PURCHASE

By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to waive your standard 14-day right of withdrawal, accepting that your purchase is a custom commission and is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
